No, dynamic prices are calculated and displayed in a fraction of a second.

Once prices are calculated based on your pricing rules, shoppers will cached and see the same prices for at least 2 hours thereafter.

What happens if I don't set a price range for a product?

If no price range is set your product will always display at the standard price.

What happens if I don't set a pricing rule for a product?

If no pricing rule is set for a product it will always display at the standard price.

What happens if I add or remove products from my store?

Your dashboard updates every 15 minutes with the latest inventory and catalog data.

How long is the free trial?

You can try Flex Pricing for 30 days at no cost. After your free trial ends you will be charged.

Can I link multiple unique stores to my Flex Pricing account?

What platforms does Flex Pricing support?

Flex Pricing currently only supports stores run on WooCommerce but will be adding Shopify and other popular store hosts very soon.

How do I determine if the pricing rules I set are improving conversions and revenue?

In the analytics tab you will see conversion rate and revenue data to help you determine which pricing rules are working and test new pricing strategies.
